2003 : Have been successfully in the spare parts sale for plating industry and growing continuously.
2005 : The first “MOS” software installation for Pattern Plating process.
2006 : INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT PART.,LTD. Was transferred from spare parts company to engineering company.
2007 : THAI ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION CO.,LTD. Was set up for support the customers in term of technical
and engineering.
-First Automation machine for Pattern Plating and new version “MOS” software has been installed at
KCE TECHNOLOGY company.
-PTH machine and new version of “MOS” software has been installed.
-Installation “MOS” software for Immersion Gold process for control auto dosing, temperature and also reporting
and recording machine alarm during production run at KCE ELECTRONICS company.
