Summary of the 3rd 5S activity evaluation for May 2026, conducted by the 5S Committee to inspect the workspace.

The customer purchased Rectifier SanRex Model : MRS-15010AY2T (5 units) and Switching Rectifier Model : KGY-500A /15V (10 units). Modify control rectifier to support PLC control 4-20mA. The customer will use the equipment in a Zinc Plating System.

PM KRAFT Rectifier Maintenance ServiceThis project involved performing preventive maintenance (PM) on a KRAFT Rectifier for a customer who already owns the unit. The customer operates a Nickel Gold electroplating system used for plating watch components.

Installation of 1 unit EDP Rectifier.The customer purchased an EDP Rectifier Model: TDFB-500A400V from us, including installation service.The rectifier control system was modified using a MITSUBISHI PLC for control and operated through a GOT2000 HMI.The customer uses this unit for an EDP (Electro-Deposition Paint) coating system for automotive parts, specifically Mitsubishi motor frames.
