This month’s 5S assessment has been completed smoothly. Our team and every employee worked together wholeheartedly — not just on Sort, Set in Order, and Shine, but also on listening to feedback and immediately improving the lighting in the actual work areas!
Results exceeded target!
This round, the company’s overall KPI soared to 95% (against a target of 80%). A big round of applause to every team and committee member for their dedication!
